Please note: we do not accept returns that are requested due to a change of mind or an incorrect item being chosen by the customer.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right. Please note, any claims of damage made after 5 days of order receipt will not be eligible for a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse after delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded as we begin processing your order immediately to ensure fast fulfilment. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an issue with your shipping address or details, contact us within 12 hours at zugawablades@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be modified or stopped.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
