ORDER PROCESSING
Each blade is prepared with precision and care. Please allow 5โ7 business days for us to process your order, depending on the shipping option you select. Once your order has shipped, youโll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your bladeโs journey straight to your door.ย
Please note that during periods of large volumes of orders being placed, our processing time may be longer than the standard 5-7 business days, we appreciate your patience as we work hard to prepare and send out your orders.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer a fixed international shipping rate so you can get your blade no matter where you are in the world. Choose between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping at checkout โ the difference comes down to speed. Standard orders typically take longer to arrive, while express ensures your order is prioritized and dispatched faster.
Once shipped, orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive (8-9 weeks if shipping to Australia), depending on where in the world you are based.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Every Zugawa Blade is forged to impress. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5ย days of delivery at zugawablades@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We handle these matters case by case and will always do our best to make things right โ whether thatโs a replacement, refund, or repair.
